Buckingham Fountain in Chicago’s Grant Park was used in the TV show Married With Children Fountain.
After we left the Cloud Gate Sculpture, we wandered over to Grant Park the see the fountain featured in the old TV show Married with Children. It is also featured in amy other tv shows and movies. It is often used as an icon to let people know you are in Chicago.
This is the Buckingham Fountain. A big, beautiful fountain in Downtown Chicago. When we got there the fountain was in full swing with the large spout in the middle flying high. But while we were there the spout sputtered.
It was hot and the sun was in full swing so after walking around the fountain we took a break in the shade before walking back to the hotel.
Someday I would like to go back and look at the fountain all lit up in different colors.
